Just a quick post to let you know the taxes are at H&R Block, so my part is done. Now for the FSA forms for college, but not until Saturday!
I did have some time to play last night, my mission was to create a card from the Simply Sent Kit Remembering You, not following their directions and in Brocade Blue and Barely Banana. I added some apricot grosgrain ribbon and used my corner rounder without the guard and my ticket corner punches. It is kind of simple, but it is for a make n' take kind of thing so too many steps just isn't the right thing. I am dying to add glitter or micro beads.
The Mail Man brought me a package from the House Mouse today, and I can't wait to play! (Guilty Pleasure Time)

My Stampin' Up! upline hosted a pot luck lunch and shoe box stamping recently, and I thought I would share. The theme was Spring Mini Catalog and most people were able to come up with something along those lines. As a group we had not been together in almost a year. I enjoyed catching up with stamping friends.

I had a play date with my friend Debi. We had a great time just playing with our stamping stuff. I brought Doodle This and Doodle That and my H2Os, Debi brought her alcohol inks and we played with paper and embellishments we had on hand. We did not read tutorials or instructions we just did what we thought might work. I shared things I had found on the net that inspired me and so the evening went. Don't judge too harshly, these things were just playing for the sake of playing.
